My account cloud oracle closed without any warning

Hi Oracle Community,

I wanted to share my recent experience with Oracle Cloud, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare.

Three weeks ago, I opened an Oracle Cloud account with the intention of testing ping and latency from Oracle's Chicago data center. However, I quickly hit a roadblock: my account was limited to 0 regions. Over the past three weeks, I've repeatedly reached out to support, asking for access to just one region so I could run my tests. Despite my persistent efforts, I received no satisfactory response or resolution.

To add insult to injury, after three weeks of waiting and still not being able to perform my tests, my account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or explanation. No warnings, no notifications—just suspended.
