Is it possible to establish a dblink from Oracle DB Gateway 19c for Informix on AIX 7.3 ?

I install Oracle DB Gateway (GW) 19c for Informix on the following system:

  • Oracle Database 19c
  • AIX 7.3

But after installation and configuration the GW, when I try to connect with the newly created dblink to the non Oracle DB (Informix), I got th above error:

ORA-28545, ORA-02063

This is on a test environment and I have verified the dblink settings (entries on Listener and Tnsnames.ora, Initialization Parameter File, creation of the database link) which seem to be good.

Oracle documentation says that the minimum software requirements is AIX 5L version 5.3 TL9 or higher, AIX 6.1

AIX 6.1 with GW 19c !!! while I was able to install Oracle DB GW
