Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. for collecting SPARC Solaris 11.4 SRU62 metrics with prometheus, i what to install prometheus_client modul with pip-3.9. and solaris_exporter

Which User permissions should be used to successfull install the modul "pip-3.9 install prometheus_client-0.20.0.tar.gz"
