PeopleSoft 3rd Party Imaging Integration

I have followed the steps of the "Integrating your imaging system with PeopleSoft Payables and
eSettlements" Oracle Red Paper to implement a 3rd party imaging system with PeopleSoft Payables and eSettlements. When I test the WSDL URL generated after providing the AP_DCM_INVOICE web service, I get

"PeopleSoft Integration Gateway

PeopleSoft Listening Connector

Status:ACTIVE".

When I test the WSDL URL in SoapUI, I get the error:

Error loading
[https://localhost:1234/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector/ImagingSystemInvoices.1.wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: The element type "BR" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".

Does anyone have any feedback on addressing these issues?
