Purchase Order header customize attachments

We are on Oracle Applications 12.2.10.

I have a requirement to add an attachment to the PO header from the document catalog upon PO creation. I need to be able to customize the attachment and add a few data elements from the PO header to the attachment. Has anyone done this before?
