Moving to one global Dunning Setup

At this point we have 2 separate Dunning IDs (by level) setup to distinguish the Dunning behavior in different regions (mostly the letter content and the interval differs). These Dunning IDs are assigned to the BU (both exist in setid SHARE so tableset control is already the same).

Now, we have received a request to adjust this setup to one global setup so there will be only one Dunning process.
While thinking about this, we could create a new Global Dunning ID which then can be assigned to ALL BUs or we adjust the 2 existing ones so they will be the same, like changing the interval and letter codes.
