Password sync from OID to AD not working

HI Expert,

I have configured password sync between OID and AD using external plugin authentication.

Password are getting sync from AD to OID. When user are created in AD, Password are getting sync. However password sync not working from OID to AD. When users are crerated in OID. Password does not get provisioned to AD.

OID - 12.2.1.4

Please suggest.
