t3 load balancing query

we are using oim and soa as comma separated values in configuration file

oimurl=t3://oim.uat1.com:14000,oim.uat2.com:14000,oim.uat3.com.com:14000
soaurl=t3://soa.uat1.com:7003,soa.uat2.com:7003,soa.uat3.com:7003

There is issue when once of the cluster node goes into non-responsive state.

Can we use external loadbalance to load balance the OIM and SOA?
if yes which are the loadbalancer can support t3 laodbalancing?
