I am trying to find any Oracle documentation stating that the software Oracle Client for Microsoft Tools is free to download and use. I found information on a Microsoft website stating that it is free to download but haven't found anything on Oracle's website. Has anyone found anything from Oracle stating that this software is free to download and use.
