How to stop dunning letter functionality for few customers we are using stagged dunning letter

Hi team,

Could you please suggest how to disable dunning letter for few customers because we want to exclude two or three customers from dunning. For example, If we send hard dunning letter and we need to limit the contract dunning letter.

Currently we are using the stagged dunning letter

Staged Wait Days Date
Soft 1
Medium 15
Hard 15
Escalate 15
Contract 30
