Post Process File Action not working in Financial Gateway > Process Payments > Import Acknowledgment

We are trying to use delivered functionality, move files to folder but its not working as expected. Please let me know if we are missing anything

Navigation:

Financial Gateway > Process Payments > Import Acknowledgment Files

In log, it says files are moved to archive folder but its not moving

File directory-

Please suggest
