What could be causing a 500 error when configuring and testing the WebGate as per the tutorial?

I have followed the tutorial: Getting Started with Oracle Access Management 12c, but in this part: , when testing the webgate, the ohs url shows internal server error. Although I followed the tutorial in every step. Can someone help me know where the issue is?
