Error while clicking on Health Center->Insights-?Kibana

We have followed the document Doc ID 2804438.1 instructions but still getting same error.
please provide inputs on troubleshooting.
i) We have installed ES, Kibana, Log stash in one Linux server (OS RHEL8.9 single box) and
ii) Our PeopleSoft Web/App servers in another single Linux server (OS RHEL 8.9 single box) connected to HCM DB.
iii) Process scheduler PSUNX server in another separate Linux box (OS RHEL 8.9) connected to HCM DB.
iv) Process scheduler in separate windows PSNT server connected to HCM DB.
