ordsys.ordimage api is deprecated in Oracle Database 21c. is there any replacement for this api?

We use this ordsys.ordimage.getproperties api to get image properties and ordsys.ordimage api to compress the image. This used to work fine in oracle database 21c. but when we upgraded the server to oracle 21c, we found that this api is deprecated and there is no alternative.
