How to create a multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup in the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) console?

I have followed this tutorial , and I ended up with a protected application, if someone wants to access it, he has to login with user credentials, it is configured with OUD.

In my OAM console, I ended up with many schemes, the default one selected from the tutorial was LDAPOUDScheme, I now want to use/add multi-factor authentication, below is the schemes that I have from the tutorial along with X509Scheme.

I have tried to use AdaptiveAuthenticationScheme, after enabling it. Below is the module configuration for a step in its module. Note that the step SecondFactorOTP is the only step in the module.

Howdy, Stranger!
