AME Service Contracts-Error while Creating Approval Rules

Hello,

We wanted to enable AME for Service Contracts Approvals. I have followed the steps explained in the Oracle note 1456324.1 and I'm stuck at Create Approval Rules.

Error: This transaction type does not have any action types. Ensure you add action types to this transaction type to use in a rule.

Please assist with this issue.
