GL_JRNL_IMP status no success after 8.61 tools upgrade

Hello,

We have updated our ptools from 8.58 to 8.61 recently. No change in PUM (same FSCM 9.2 PUM 40).

We have some custom extract files which are being used in GL_JRNL_IMP as input. Sometimes these extracts are 0 byte and PeopleTools 8.58 GL_JRNL_IMP getattachment used to copy these 0 byte files properly and process used to end up in warning state as no journal was there to import.

After upgrade getattachment is not able to copy the 0 byte file to PS_FILEDIR and process is going to no success as no input file is there to open.

Do you have any idea about this change?
