Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to do receive for fully billed shipment lines.

Hello Team

We are using Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2

The shipment line, received quantity is 11, due quantity is 1 and billed quantity is 12.

Now we want to do the receive for this shipment, but could not in receipt.

The closed status is always closed for invoice.

Do you know what is the reason?
