Object change for Windows High Contract mode

We have accessibility request to change the Drop Down object's display settings when using Window's OS level Contrast mode.

The Drop Down isn't White Text/Black Background like the rest of the page.

Is this a style sheet change? Any further hints on what to change exactly or how to find? Ideally non-Contrast users would be oblivious to any changes made.
