How to integrate Oracle Identity Cloud Service with Oracle Access Manager as Identity Provider?

I have been following this document: , I am using oracle cloud, I am integrating it with OAM as IdP.


When testing the identity provider, I am having the below issue (no username and password prompt)

I have done the below in OAM console

Kindly advise on what could be causing this issue.
