Chrome Desktop Update Issues - Recruiting URL page loop, will not load after update

External users in desktop versions of Chrome browser are experiencing connectivity issues with a long-functional URL.

May anyone provide insight on how to troubleshoot this page loop issue?

Internal (behind district firewall) and external users (home, remote, otherwise public access) using desktop Chrome browser are experiencing page load issues at URL https://careers.manteeschools.net.

Page is looping through page load without displaying contents. Clearing cookies/cache/browser history does not work for all users.

Users who experienced successful page load by clearing cookies/cache/browser history report the issue is reintroduced on subsequent page visits.

Issue is replicated using Chrome Desktop 64-bit versions:
