Intermittent connectivity issues with ODA

Hi,

We have recently deployed ODA to one of our test instances and we have been experiencing connectivity issues while interacting with PeopleSoft from ODA. Encountering below error.

Did anyone experience similar sort of issues? If yes, can you please help me with the resolution steps?

Please be informed this error appears intermittently
