Territory Manager - Restrict customer visibility

Is it possible to define the setup in Territory manager so that the sales representative can only see and/ or edit the customers (in quoting) that are assigned to him? e.g. if I have created a quote, it is possible to edit the customer's master data via the customer name. However, I would like to have a restriction so that I can only do this if I am assigned to the customer in the territory manager.
