Upgrading EBS Application from R12.1.3 to R12.2.13.How custom objects impact ?

We are Upgrading Oracle EBS application from R12.1.3 to R12.2.13 so wanted to know from Technical team perspective as what table/view and custom objects migration gets impacted as we came to know there are Server file system change at both DB and Application server end. Do we have any reference document ? Or someone can share their experience then it would be really helpful.
