How to stop RIB's Fulfilord family file

Hi Team,

We received 20–30 files daily in the poison file path for the Fulfilord family. We checked the file already loaded in the RIB or RMS hospital. Then why are these files received in poison paths? It any steps are there to stop this files or need to tack any other action on this. We checked files, and there are no special characters in the file (e.g., &). Could you please advise us on this issue?
