Is there an audit table for the Mass Delete Commitment Control Budget Journals?

We have users who utilize the Mass Delete Commitment Control Budget Journals page (Menu > Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Mass Delete Budget Journals). However, I'm not able to find who has deleted a journal using this page. I'm wondering, is there a way to find that out?

Also, is the expected usage of this page is that it only deletes the Budget Journal from the KK_BUDGET_HDR and KK_BUDGET_LINE and not the KK_SOURCE_HDR / KK_ACTIVITY_LOG / any other KK Table associated to the budget journal?
