Unable to Read/Merge exported HCM Excel files in Powershell after update to PT8.60.09

Hello, good day.

We have recently upgraded PT versions from PT8.58 to PT8.60.09.

Scheduled queries and BI Publisher reports auto-run and export files to a repository. We use Powershell with ImportExcel plugin to merge and cleanse files in this repository. This has worked flawlessly for years and still works in dev envirometn which is on PT8.58.

After update to PT8.60.09, all Prevous Powershell scripts fail with "Bad signature…" error seen in image below:

We have found that simply opening the source document, manually saving it and closing it with no changes, and re-running the script produces no errors and all is as expected and as prior years' experiece with PT8.58
