Getting error on Peoplesoft Journal Import spreadsheet.

After we made copies of the Jounral Import spreadsheets, our users were getting the Cannot find project error. We found the solution in document 2302431.1, and applied the fix as instructed in that document. That resolved that problem, but now when users try to do the upload, they are getting another error, shown in pictures below:

The journals still seem to be uploading, but error is very annoying.
