Is any one experienced July 2024 OID/OAM SPB failing

UtilSession failed: ApplySession failed in system modification phase...
'ApplySession::apply failed:
oracle.glcm.opatch.common.api.install.HomeOperationsException: A failure
occurred while processing patch: 36805124'
