Active Directory User Target Recon Fails

When I run the Active Directory User Target Recon job in OIM it fails and gives below error.
AD Connector server logs:
8/27/2024 11:35:48 AM  <ERROR>: Class-> ActiveDirectoryUtils Method -> GetDirectoryEntry, Message -> Neither able to connect to Primary Domain Controller nor to any of Back up Domain Controllers.
8/27/2024 11:35:48 AM  <ERROR>: Class-> ActiveDirectoryConnector Method -> ExecuteQuery, Message -> Caught Exception: Neither able to connect to Primary Domain Controller nor to any of Back up Domain Controllers.
