Connect Oracle EBS via VPN IKEv2/IPSec PSK

Hello,

I've already set up my network so it can be accessed via VPN IKEv2/IPSec PSK, and did tested my vpn connection and its working fine as expected i can read and write file to my file server in the same network with Oracle EBS Server, i also can ping to Oracle EBS server when connected to those VPN, but i can't access oracle EBS, when i access it using url name: pimblablabla.com it says "This site can't be reached", but when i access it using it's IP Address, it shows redirected url, but can't get to my oracle EBS.
