Loading Login module when accessing in the PeopleSoft 9.2 Oracle VM VirtualBox

In my home, the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system is already operational. I attempted to change the IP address so I could access it from my office. However, after making the change, when I tried to log in to the system from my office, the page continued loading for over an hour. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue, or references to understand what might be causing it?
