the count DBSNMP lock and expired in database I changed credential from OEM 13c but we have 2 BD's phrimary and physical standby this DB for DataGauard, my first DB run monitoring again but not equal for db standby (Dataguard) In this database the issue its the next:
ORA-28000: the account is locked The Connect Descriptor was (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = [……..])(PORT = …..))(CONNECT_DATA = (SID = pdb)))
but the user in this DB primary its ok after changed password so I try changed same steps than DB primary but the physical standby DB its only read.
Do you have any recomendation for this issue
