R12 WEB ADI GL Template issue

Hi All,

After downloading the GL template, when trying to select the "Ledger" option it is throwing

Found this Link on Metalink but the users system is Up to date. Strangely when we download the template first time it is working fine and if we try using the template after 2hr or so it does not work. Not sure if there is co-relation with the Oracle session. Tried all the IE setting and Excel setting but none worked.
