Printer Output Format on Payment Selection Criteria > Preference

we are currently on Peoplesoft 9.2 Image 45 Tools 8.59

We are upgrading to Peoplesoft 9.2 Image 51 Tools 8.61

our pay cycle definition criteria is using printer output format PCL. one of the process in the paycyle is to print advice which is a BI publisher. In the new tools the report now comes out as PCL unless you change it to PDF.

In Tools 8.59 this works correctly.

Is any one else seeing the same issue?
