Issues with WebGate after upgrade to RHEL 8 (from RHEL 7)

Hi Community Members,

I wanted to know if anyone has successfully performed an in-place upgrade of EBS R12.2 from RHEL 7.x to RHEL 8.x that also has OAM integration using webgate 11.2.1.3?

I can see that this combination/configuration is not currently certified, via 2706917.1. But, there is a workaround provided as part of 2775812.1.

We have done the in-place OS upgrade (RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.10), but have been unable to get our SSO login to work after the upgrade.

I'm hoping to get any details/specific steps that folks have used to resolve this issue, if it has been encountered.
