Unable to access Netsuite community

I have a standard (not Cloud) Oracle account. If I go to https://community.oracle.com/hub/, and sign in, the top banner shows I am signed in and I can access the content.

But if I go to the Netsuite community (https://community.oracle.com/netsuite), the top banner shows I am not logged in, and any Netsuite Community questions show the Log In/Register buttons at the bottom, and I can't view replies on any discussion.

If I click the Log In button (even though I am logged in), the page changes, then redirects back to the same page, but still nothing loaded. If I am not logged in yet, it shows the log in page (signon.oracle.com/signin), I complete the log in, then it takes me back to the page, but yet not logged in.
