How to generate dunning letter in different languages based on country.

Hi-

I'm aware that we can generate different dunning letters (and invoices) based on the language (Customer Location Language) but my requirement is different. The business wants to generate dunning letters for each country (for now US and Germany) based on the country code and not the language code since the language code is already being used on various customizations and always hardcoded to US.

Is this even possible?
