DOS error number 53 occurred while trying to create directory

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

We are facing intermittent DOS 53 error with our PeopleSoft reports(nVision) when they are trying to created folder under share drive. This issue first occurred around November last year and it’s happening more frequently in last few months.

  1. We are already using UNC path
  2. We are already using global account with necessary access to share drive.
