'GET_REC_WH_AS_LOC' error on v19 on-prem RMS screen

We installed version 19 RMS on Linux x86-64 on Oracle Public Cloud. While traverse to Location Foundation - Org Hierarchy - Warehouse - Click on any existing WH and then click on Virtual WH. Gives the 'GET_REC_WH_AS_LOC' must be declared error on the screen. (attached the error screenshot). Any lead will help us? Anyone faced the same problem? Screenshot is attached.

All the DB objects are in valid state.
