PeopleSoft FIN Reporting Environment - MS SQL Server DB

We are on PT 8.58 and FIN 9.2, our database is MS SQL 2017. We have performance issues when our Business Users are running their processes like GL processes and SQR, BI Pub and Nvision processes at the same time which cause contention in the database and also degrades the performance of our Production environment. With this, we planned to create a separate reporting environment where our Business Users will run the reports and queries that consumes resources.
