Subject amount required without comma format in user work list dashbaord

Dear Experts ,

We have recently updated the EBS application from version 12.2.5 to 12.2.12. Following this update, we have noticed that the amounts displayed on the work list dashboard are formatted with commas. This issue has made it difficult for our Finance and Accounting users to locate specific notifications on their dashboards. Consequently, the users have requested that we modify the amount format to exclude commas.
