Update Payment Status through Rest API - Stop initiated -> Negotiable

I'm trying to update payment status from stop initiated to negotiable using rest api in postman, I'm getting the below error : view object Payments cannot be set.

I have used 2 Rest apis, fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/payablesPayments/ and fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/payablesPayments/action/initiateStopPayment.

Both the rest apis are giving me the same error. Does anyone have any idea?
