Any Have Idea To Setup Dot Matrix Printer with Type EPSON LQ-2190 on Oracle EBS?

I am facing a problem while adding a printer in Oracle EBS. My expectation is that when I submit a custom report request and select the printer I want to configure, it will work correctly and execute the print command. The server environment is AIX IBM 7.2. Can you help me to resolve this issue?
