Oracle MICROS Workstation 6 Series - Drivers / Workstation 6 Platform / OS Image

Apologies if this is something I should be able to locate easily but having spent some time trying to find this I'm struggling a little and would appreciate some pointers please.

The Oracle MICROS Workstation 6 Series - it comes with the OS, drivers etc preloaded but in a number of cases these are reimaged, not always as effectively as they could be.

I'm looking to update the OS on a number of my older machines and have a few questions:

1. Do Oracle give access to download a copy of the same Windows OS image that comes preloaded anywhere?

2. Is there a resource where I can download BIOS updates, specific drivers or the
