What are the steps for setting up Project Management for production?

I have already created the necessary resources and assigned the roles as given by the community guide: Project Accountant, Project Administrator, Project Application Administrator, Project Billing Specialist, Project Creator, Project Execution, Project Executive, Project Integration Specialist, Project Management Duty, Project Manager, Project Team Member, Employee


Now that I have done that what am I supposed to do next?
