User-Specific Transfer Rules in RWMS 13.2.6

I want to configure the system to enforce rules for item transfers between warehouses for different user groups. Specifically, I want to ensure that certain users or user groups can either make transfers or are not allowed to make transfers between specific warehouse numbers.

Example 1: User group 1 can only make transfers between warehouse ABC and XYZ.
Example 2: User group 2 is not allowed to make transfers between warehouse ABC and XYZ, but has access to all other warehouses.

Are there any options or rules that can be set to allow this?
