not able to access database in peoplesoft

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

I have installed new peoplesoft (9.2.060 and PT 8.61) FRESH with SYS type

I am able to access people application url using the password set.

but I am not able to login database using either datamover ,or sql developer. I have used SYS,/SYSADM/ PS/ people user.. everywhere it says

invalid user/password
Invalid Connect ID or password for signon -- see your security administrator.

can you help me ?
