Updates required to implement pscbo_stats in PeopleTools 8.61 for Oracle

We were unable to install PSCBO_STATS package after PT 8.61 upgrade due to changes to the PSDDLMODEL as identified in Doc ID 3053096.1

The package is expecting to update two rows in PSDDLMODEL (statement_type = 4 and statement_type = 5 for platformid 2/Oracle) but there is now only one row in PSDDLMODEL.

Two questions:
1) Will Oracle be providing an updated PSCBO_STATS package as a central location for a package that will successfully install in PT 8.61?

2) Has anyone successfully modified the installation package who would be willing to share their changes?

To clarify, we are on Oracle 19c.
