Auto Receiving attribute is not showing in the Store screen V19

in the STORE table, the auto_Rcv field is still available but not visible on the screen.

AUTO_RCV_STORE at system_options is set up as "Y".

In V14, there is a validation on the form to validate the value of the system_option value and, if Y, then the check button on the STORE screen is displayed.

Is this STORE attribute still on the Screen? does the functionality change on v19?
